Amazon Review:

Well, this was the first pattern book I’ve ever purchased and I made plenty of cute little booties for my little girl and one pair for a friend.

I found the instructions easy to follow, and if there was a stitch I didn’t know there is a chart in the back which is very handy.

It would have been nice if it had color pages but at least you have a color picture on the front and back covers.

    Hi Paula,

Gorgeous pattern and very easy too ( I am only a beginner). The video is especially helpful – thank you !!! I wonder if you have a pattern for making a baby beanie or hat using the same fine wool and little hook to match??

    Thanks again

    • Paula says:

Hello Amelia, thank you very much! Sorry I don’t have a matching beanie.

  3. Myranda says:

    Hi,

My grandma passed away a few months ago. She would crochet each new arrival to the family a blanket and give it to the parents before the baby was born. I grew up watching her do this, but never could get the hang of it. My brothers wide is about to have my second nephew in December.I can imagine that my brother isn’t expecting to get a blanket for Connor. Let alone a blanket, hat and mittens. Thank you for taking the time to make this video and post. This was my very first successful crocheting project and it’s given me the confidence to try new patterns!

    • Paula says:

I’m so sorry to hear about your Grandmother. I am happy to hear that you have taken on crochet and are following in your Grandmother’s footsteps. All the best to you and your family. :-)

  4. lindsey says:

I love your videos and written patterns. They help so much. I’m wondering if I can skip the step to add ribbon and if so, how?

    • Paula says:

Hello Lindsey, I think it’s best to leave that step in otherwise the mittens will fall off.

  5. Trudy says:
