2 balls of white medium worsted weight/8ply or DK yarn
Stitches & Terms
This pattern is using U.S. stitches and terms. To convert stitches to U.K. go to my Crochet Stitch Conversion Chart.
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
trc = triple (or treble) crochet
yoh = yarn over hook
rep = repeat
hk = hook
ch-4 = 4 chain stitches previously made
Using 2 balls of yarn together, ch 6 and join with a sl st into 1st ch st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: ch 4, (keeping the last loop of each trc on hk) 2 trc into ring, yoh, pull through 3 loops on hk, * ch 5, (keeping the last loop of each trc on hk) 3 trc into ring, yoh, pull through 4 loops on hk, rep from * 3 more times, ch 5, join with a sl st into top of ch-4. (5 snowflake tips)
Finish off if you don’t want a hanging loop. If you do want the hanging loop, ch 15, sl st into same sp at bottom of ch-15.
Weave in yarn tails with a yarn needle.
