Materials Required
worsted weight yarn or 8 ply wool (scraps will do because you won’t need much)
5.0mm crochet hook
craft scissors
yarn needle

ch = chain
dc = double crochet
rep = repeat
sl st = slip stitch

Written Instructions
ch 5, join into 1st ch with a sl st to form ring.
Rnd 1: *ch 5, (working over yarn tail) sl st into ring, rep from * 6 more times so you have 7 petals, ch 2, dc into ring (this forms 8th petal.) (8 petals made)
Rnd 2: *ch 5, sl st into next petal, rep from * 6 more times right around into each petal, ch 2, dc into dc below. (8 petals made)
If you want a hanging loop don’t finish off here. ch 15 and sl st into dc below. If you don’t want the hanging loop finish off at the end of rnd 2.
