Crochet Heart Pattern

Crochet Heart

I love this Crochet Heart Pattern! Crochet hearts are so cute and this pattern only takes minutes to make. Today I made a red one and put it in a card for my husband and wrote a little poem.

“Here’s my heart – you can keep it in your pocket, Take good care of it – you’re the one that unlocked it.”

You could do the same for your loved one because honestly, the smallest things mean the most.

For Visual Learners crochet along with me in the Crochet Heart Video Tutorial.
