Crochet Hat with Brim Pattern

Crochet Hat with BrimThis Crochet Hat with Brim Pattern is so easy to crochet. The single crochet stitch is the main stitch used. And because I’ve used chunky yarn and a 9.0mm crochet hook it crochets up within a few hours. I absolutely love this pattern!

The hat sits loosely on the head and can be made in an adult size with the following written instructions. If you’d like a child size hat then use a smaller hook. To dress it up you can add a brooch, flower, buttons, bandana or a hair clip like I have. Feel free to be creative!

Embellishments seem to add that extra twang to crocheted hats.

This hat is great for yourself, your girls and especially for charity.

embellishment such as a brooch, flower, buttons or a hair clip (optional)

That’s fantastic that you love my slippers pattern, Esther. Thank you! To make larger sizes you can add a few extra stitches to each side of the slipper and a few more chain stitches to the foundation chain.
