Crochet Chain Tassels Pattern

Crochet Chain TasselsMy Crochet Chain Tassels Pattern is something a little different to the usual tassels we place on the ends of our crocheted scarves. I’ve included a video tutorial below to demonstrate how to attach the crochet chain tassels to the end of a scarf.

Materials Required

medium worsted weight category 4 yarn/8 ply or DK

4.0mm crochet hook

yarn needle

craft scissors

Skill Level

Beginner

ch = chain

rep = repeat

sl st = slip stitch

st = stitch

Basic Crochet Stitch Video Tutorials

 

Written Instructions

Note: Refer to the video tutorial if you are working with a scarf which has an uneven amount of stitches across the ends of the scarf. If you have an even amount of stitches along the ends of your scarf then follow these written instructions.

Row 1: With the wrong side of scarf facing up and working on right side of work on end of scarf, make a sl st into 1st st, *ch 40, sl st into next st, rep from * across to the end.
